Contemporary British Poet
Lee Dorman
Poetry from darkness into light.
"The life you almost did not survive is the reason someone else will."

From darkness into light — the journey every poem here knows by heart.
A narrative in three stages
These are not simply poetry collections. They are three stages of a human life — told honestly, without performance.

The Poet
Lee
Dorman
Lee Dorman is a contemporary British poet who writes from the places most people are afraid to look. His poetry about loss, grief, addiction, and recovery is drawn from lived experience — and shared in the hope that someone else might feel less alone in what they are carrying.
He did not start writing to become a poet. He started writing because he had no other way to carry what he was holding.
"I have shared my experiences through poems to help others in awful situations."
— Lee Dorman
